2.1 Deposits: Users may deposit using supported methods (cards, crypto, skins, etc.). Deposits convert into Valwin Coins, the in-platform virtual currency.
2.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed in crypto, and valorant points
2.3 Ownership: Valwin Coins are not real-world currency. They exist solely within the platform and hold no real-world value.
2.4 Bonus System: Valwin may offer bonuses, promotions, and rewards (XP, rakeback, free cases, etc.) subject to specific terms and eligibility.

3.1 Prohibited Conduct: The following are strictly forbidden: Multi-accounting
Using bots or automated tools
Abusing bugs, exploits or vulnerabilities
Sharing accounts or login credentials
Engaging in fraud or chargeback abuse
Provocative, racist, sexist, or harassing behavior
Advertising, spam, or self-promotion in chat
3.2 Chat Guidelines: Valwin Chat is public and for community engagement. Toxicity, begging, spam, or false accusations will lead to sanctions.

4.1 Virtual Nature: All items, levels, XP, and in-game assets have no real-world value. Spending real money converts to virtual assets only.
4.2 Rush Spins and XP: Special features like Rush Spins, XP boosts, and rewards follow predefined mechanics that may be updated periodically.
4.3 Fairness: Drop rates are governed by a Provably Fair system. User interface errors do not entitle you to compensation.

5.1 Verification: We may require Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify your identity, especially for withdrawals or if suspicious behavior is detected.
5.2 KYC Data: This may include full name, government ID, proof of address, payment method ownership, and source of funds.
5.3 Failure to Comply: Refusal to complete KYC may lead to account suspension or permanent ban, with forfeiture of virtual assets.

Valwin and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of virtual items, access issues, or user conduct. Use Valwin at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Curaçao.
